'I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. 'The Shore Club was a very nice place to stay. Our room was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach and pools were very nice. We liked the adult only pool because of the ocean breeze you could feel. I felt like the menu of both restaurants was limited. There were very few choices for sides. I don't like sea food so my choices were chicken or Fillet steak with fried rice.'

'Great stay here. Clean. Very very close to the beach. Nice beach bar available with 2 pools on the resort. Beach chairs and fresh towels provided everyday. Very convenient location with a free shuttle to their sister resort on the west side (walking distance from the strip with food) we would take it daily and then walk from there to save $ on the expansive taxis! '

'Geweldig hotel met uitstekende excursie faciliteiten op het terrein (bootexcursies, SUP, Kayak, Jet ski etc.). Rustig gelegen, precies waar ik naar op zoek was. Ik hou ervan om rust te hebben en drukte op te zoeken naar behoefte. Winkeltje op het terrein met verrassend goed assortiment voor prijzen gelijk aan de supermarkt. Ook een koffiebar met goede koffie. Zeer ruime kamers, wij hadden een kamer op de 4e verdieping met geweldig uitzicht over zwembad, strand, marina en mangrove. Goede...

'I liked the privacy of the property and access to the beach and the amenities of activities. Property not taking all major credit cards like Discover and not knowing this upfront could be an issue .... need to make this public knowledge... Point Grace did not take Discover but their other properties accepted Discover... This is not a favorable score on this only....'

'Sibonne was amazing all amenities needed.Personnel on point. It’s on the beach never crowded turquoise water white sand and all excursions available on the beach ya gotta see Rodney pickup and drop off right in front of Sibonne amazing. I will be returning next year with my family God willing. Thank you for a memorable week❤️😎🇵🇷 '
