Hi. My name is Martina. I am the owner and day to day manager of Door County Stay, a local company that offers five high quality, five star rated, vacation rental homes in the Baileys Harbor Area of Door County. To complete your rental you will have to sign our e agreement. I have five properties listed and if for some reason one property is not available or suitable, I may propose that you stay at one of my other properties

We had a wonderful stay. Martina and Jerry were fabulous hosts and very welcoming, attentive and responsive. The home was spacious and well-appointed with plenty of outdoor space for the kids. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!

Clean comfortable home. Perfect for our girls weekend. The three separate sitting areas gave people plenty of space to gather. One thing that really set this home apart is the artwork - the paintings and sculptures add a special "ambience" !

fabulous property

We had to book this on extremely (12 hours) short notice due to another property owner screwing up and double booking another family into the house we thought we were going to rent for our vacation. I can't say enough about the responsiveness of the owners, who turned this house around for cleaning within hours, triple checked that we had everything we needed, and beyond that how nice this home is. If you are looking fo a home with plenty of space with a sense of privacy yet close to what Door County has to offer, you won't be disappointed. FYI, I have been vacationing in Door County for ~30 years, have seen plenty of rental homes and other options, and while this may not be on the water, that's more than offset by astounding views of the stars and the Milky Way at night right from the deck.

Great property!

The property was exceptionally clean and organized. The location is a short drive to most things you’ll want to do in the area. The deck and backyard were also a great setting for relaxing morning or evening!

Great house, host, and location

We had a great time over Memorial Day weekend at Carraig Nua. Martina was a great host and we appeciated the location with easy access to all of the major Door County locations (Bailey's Harbor, Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, and Sister Bay). The house has a ton of room, a great yard, and the kitchen and amenities are wonderful!

Peaceful location

We enjoyed a lovely escape exploring Door County from this property. It was an easy short drive to most locations and great to be able to return to the property to enjoy the sunsets in the evenings. The property is well setup in the kitchen and plenty of games for a rainy day. The property is spacious and suitable for sharing with 2 families. Martina, the host, was very helpful. The checkin was contactless.

Perfect spot for large family

We stayed here for a multi-generation family getaway. There were plenty of rooms, and lovely communal space in the middle. Lots of kitchen accessories available. You do need to bring your own linens - bedsheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc. The location is central to everything - a short drive to all of the tourist towns in Door County. It feels very private, which is exactly what we were looking for. A short drive to the local grocery store, and very close to some great wineries. Highly recommended.

Summer Week in Fish Creek

We really had a great family vacation using this beautiful home as a base for our Door County vacation. We were out in the country where it was very quiet, yet close to all of the towns. The home was spectacular and comfortable. We really enjoyed it!!

Awesome Rental

My wife and I have been going to Door County since 2003. We started taking our now 13-year-old daughter when she was a toddler. Our family has stayed at various places in the Door County area over the years. The Carraig Nua House is now one of our favorites. The house was very clean and well-prepared upon our arrival. The yard is large and the area private. We enjoyed feeling like we were out in the country yet also within 10-15 minutes of some of our favorite places to eat and shop. Martina was helpful with all of our questions. We will definitely book this rental again.

The layout of the house worked very well for our group of 11. Living room was very spacious and had 3 sitting areas for everyone to spread out. We also liked that every bedroom had two beds. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Only a few minor details could use a little bit more attention.

We did a women’s weekend up in door County and had a great stay at this property! The house has plenty of room for everyone with a large table that provided a great space for playing games and drinking the wine we purchased! Overall it was easy check in and a great location for our weekend, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful escape to Door Co

This cottage was spacious with big windows and beautiful furnishings and was stocked for everything we needed. It had ample room for our group. Its close to town, Peninsula State Park, where we spent most of our time outdoors and felt remote and quiet when we were at the cottage. The cottage is outfitted to have a great stay and enjoy both indoors and outdoors. The grill and all appliances are in good condition. Would highly recommend this to families or large groups.

Martina's property is beautiful. The quality is impressive in the house. WE had a large party of 11 for a weekend and we were all comfortable. The proximity to Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, and Bailey's Harbor made for great exploration of Door County.

Beautiful and spacious house.

We really enjoyed your house!! It was so spacious with the two living rooms and 4 bedrooms. It was perfect for our family of 14. We were disappointed as the sheets that were placed on some of our beds were the wrong size. We found out the next day that there were more sheets in the laundry room that were the right size. Also, we could've used some hot pads when we made our pizzas. I bought some just for us to use while we were there. For as much as we paid, and even extra for the sheets, it would've been so nice to have the right sized sheets sitting on our beds!!
