We arrived home yesterday and thought a review might help those who are looking at this hotel for next year:
Pros:
-The food was excellent whether that be in the a la cartes or buffet.
-The hardworking members of staff who were interested in doing their job were excellent and went above and beyond to make your stay amazing.
- There were plenty of sun beds if you were happy to be away from the main pool.
- It was great to have the tennis and padel courts for free.
- The rooms were great and the beds super comfy. 
- Sunset Beach is lovely for a drink in the evening.
- The evening entertainment is another level.
- Branded drinks 
Cons:
-The booking system for the a al carte is a joke. People queuing at Guest Relations from 7am for it to open at 8.
-Some members of staff were disinterested and work shy. 
-The main pool was shut several times due to 💩.
- The sides of the pools and main walkways from rooms were so slippery and saw a couple of children slip and hurt themselves.  
-The builders have left poor levels leading to puddles of stagnant water in places.
-People leaving towels out the night before for the next day and no hotel staff police this.
- No pool service up at the top pools by rooms.
- No savoury snack bar to be able to just grab something to take to pool side. 
In general we felt that this was an excellent hotel but could improve in places.  If the a la carte allocations change to 1 a week, we would definitely not come back.
