Just 25 minutes from Byron Bay and 15 minutes from Bangalow, this is a true hinterland escape for couples.

The Farmhouse is designed for a slower, more intimate kind of escape. The master bedroom has its own living room and a fireplace for cosy winter nights, alongside a dedicated yoga space and a loft office, ideal for a slower morning or getting a little work done with a view.

Outside, alfresco dining awaits by the magnesium pool, with a BBQ and outdoor fire pit for evenings under the stars. A short stroll takes you down to Cosy Creek, where a picnic table sits waiting for a relaxed lunch by the water.

True to farm-style living, the property is home to a flock of chickens, and guests are welcomed with a selection of tea, coffee, organic oats, and fresh eggs to start their stay.

The land is also part of a rich natural habitat, home to native wildlife from birdlife and kangaroos to the creek’s own aquatic life, a true reflection of everything the Byron Hinterland has to offer.

Please note this listing is for the main bedroom suite only, accommodating up to 2 guests, though you’ll have full private access to the entire Farmhouse, the pool, kitchen, fireplaces and grounds are exclusively yours, with just the one bedroom set up for sleeping. If you’re travelling as a larger group, we also offer the full Farmhouse (sleeping up to 6) as a separate listing.

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the Farmhouse via a lockbox for easy, flexible self check-in, no need to coordinate a meeting time. The pool, fireplaces, kitchen and all outdoor spaces are yours alone for the stay. Only the main bedroom is set up for sleeping; the two additional bedrooms remain closed. Parking is available on-site, with space for up to 2 cars.

The Cottage & The Pottery Shed, our other listings, sits right next door to the Farmhouse. We invite guests to check the property’s land plan for a clear picture of the layout before arrival.

Please note that access to Cosy Creek is shared across the different listings on the property, so you may cross paths with other guests enjoying the creek during your stay.

Check-in is self-service via lockbox, so there’s no need to coordinate arrival times with us. We’re only ever a call or message away if you need anything during your stay, and happy to share recommendations for the area if you’d like them.

Pets are not permitted. Swimming in the creek or pond is not allowed. Chickens roam freely and may enter the house during the day. A strict noise policy applies, and parties and events are not permitted; intimate gatherings and photo or video shoots can be arranged with the host in advance. Schoolies and school-leaver bookings are not accepted. No smoking indoors. Bookings that breach these conditions may be cancelled, and breaches during a stay may lead to termination without refund.
