Cottages in Felixstowe

'Nice place to stay for our short break with outside seating area at the rear which was welcome as it was very hot weather and it was far too hot in the house with no air conditioning or fan provided. We had taken a fan with us ourselves which we needed on both floors if the house. Lots of wasps/insects entering the house due to the weather. Can accommodate babies and pets too. Well equipped apart from no hairdryer. House looked a different colour (darker) from the website, so difficult to find. '

'Communication from owner was clear, friendly and helpful. Property is fairly quiet, with lovely sitting room and log burner. Master bedroom was nice with plenty of space around the bed and openable windows to get the temperature right.'

'Property brilliant, so very queriky decorated beautifully . Lovley owners, bowl of goodies greatfully received ! Everything you would need on a short break , fantastic for dogs safe secure back garden , only one thing its on a road so makes it alittle noisy'

'Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again.'

'Nice cozy stay, nice and very clean. Would have been a 5 star but was a strong smell of what could have been beeswax or something similar on the old wood.'
