'Appalling behaviour by the host. By the check-in time of 4pm, we had still not received any instructions to get in. We called and called and finally the host told us someone was on their way with the keys. We were finally let into the property and 10 minutes later the host calls us to say there's been a double booking and proceeds to remove us from the property!
