Each bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while the bathroom includes a tub-and-shower combination. A screened-in front porch provides the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor dining, or quiet evenings surrounded by the beauty of the ranch landscape. Whether you're seeking a creative retreat, a wellness-focused getaway, or simply a tranquil place to unwind, Ziggy House offers a unique and memorable stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the guest house. You will also have access to the fire pit, wellness area, sauna, and hot/cold cowboy pools. These outdoor amenities are shared with the other home.



The Bowie House is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home located on the property. This is available for rent if you would like to book the entire property. Please see the Bowie House listing on the website, or reach out if you have any questions!



The Neighborhood:

Located down a quiet country road near both Fayetteville and Round Top!



- Fayetteville: 5 minute drive

- Round Top: 15 minute drive



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get around the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 4% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.



- MUST be over 25 to rent this home.



- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $20,000 with the added fee of $125 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



- OPTIONAL FEES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee (must be pre-approved by the host, non-refundable):

* Early Check-In - $35/hour

* Late Check-Out - $35/hour

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT NOT AVAILABLE DURING ANTIQUE SHOW DATES.



- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front facing driveway, gate, parking, exterior wellness area, and pool area. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.



House Rules:

Pets are not allowed.

No glitter, party sprinkles, confetti, or body oil.

No burning candles.

NO RED WINE.

Smoking, vaping and drug use is strictly prohibited.

Kindly refrain from re-arranging any furniture (inside or out).

Golf carts, off-road, ATVs or unlicensed vehicles are not allowed on the property.

Fireworks and campfires outside of the designated firepit are not allowed. Use of the fire pit is prohibited during a burn ban. Trash may never be burned.

All trash must be bagged and placed in outside bin(s).

Firearms, hunting or weapons of any kind are prohibited.

No commercial use (photo/video) or events without prior host approval.



Interaction with Guests:

This property is professionally managed by HOSTIE Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!
