« I planned this trip with my girlfriend and we had an amazing time in our cabin! We're so grateful for the experience, the surrounding area is so gorgeous we spent a good amount of time on the deck looking at all the birds and chipmunks zipping by. All of the amenities in our cabin were great and the heater kept us nice and cozy inside. « Great stay on the north side of the lake. Close to nature, great place to start hikes. Quiet neighborhood where we could hear the birds and look at the stars. Convenient access to Big Bear without being stuck in the hustle and bustle. »

« The view was great, unfortunately everything else was a nightmare. We were forced to check in through an app outside of the Vrbo system. It requested all kinds of personal information, most of it not required to rent a place for a day. Property management company cool cabins was a massive pain in the butt. Communication was good but customer service was horrible. Had to wait until 4pm for a door access code which they told me I could have at 2pm. Spotty cell service required us to stay in town...

« The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate.
