'We had a great stay here at this quiet, clean spot that had everything we needed. We felt right at home at the large family farm table, and were comfortable in the great beds. There are lovely touches everywhere and it’s definitely a gem. Jen wanted to be sure we had ever needed and was easy to communicate with. We loved watching the deer and sitting out on the front porch. We would love to come back.'

'We had a week long stay. The house had everything we needed and the location was great. Lots to do in the area. We were mainly there for boating and about 30 mins to the marina. Neighborhood is quiet. House was comfortable. Host was super responsive everytime we reached out. Check-in was easy. Overall, we enjoyed our time and the house was a nice, relaxing place to return to after being out all day, complete with everything we needed to cook meals, chill out and rest before the next days...

'Nice clean properties make for a good stay, but quality hosts are the gamechanger. This property is fantastic. It is clean, well cared for, and is well represented by the listing. 'The place is great. Just a little far out of town. That’s not a deal breaker for us though. No batteries in the tv remotes in two bedrooms. Had some batteries for one of the two in the truck though. No big deal. It happens. Had to try different variations on the WiFi password. The one listed was not accurate. Overall it was a good experience. The place was very clean and good water pressure. No coffee though. Hot chocolate, tea and creamer. No coffee. Thanks for the stay. '

'We had a great stay at this property. The communication with management was easy and responsive in a timely manner. The house itself featured comfortable beds, cozy linens, great water pressure, and a nice backyard. Having a fully fenced-in backyard was awesome while traveling with our dog. From this location in Cave Springs, you can get to numerous other hot spots in NWA in 15 to 20 minutes easily. '
