'Super place to stay - right on rhe beach and near the pubs and restauarants. Secure parking round the back or parking on the green. The room was fabulous, splotlessly clean, tea and coffee, and bottled water . Breakfast was superb and the staff are lovely and friendly. I will definitely return !'

'We had a wonderful week at the folly.The weather was very nice and we visited lots of sights in the neighbourhood. We would especially recommend Raby Castle. What a beautiful place to visit. The house was very nice and the owners were very friendly people. The only thing we missed were the curtains in the bedroom. '

'Wonderful, grand, welcoming place. We used this as the setting of a team meeting to build our relationships, objective complete! The setting really brought everyone together with space for everyone to be involved. A packed agenda during the day, relaxing together cooking regional dishes in the evening, then games in the cellar in the later evening. This place is so versatile in amazing surroundings, i would definitely recommend for a group booking.'
