'Great property with lovely staff. The weather wasn’t great so we spent an afternoon in the lounge catching up with friends who were also staying. Would definitely return to do all the outdoor activities we missed this time around. '

'Loved the wonderful service and family friendly care. Bed was comfy with snuggly comfy pillows and duvet.
Breakfast was well prepared on beautiful old fashioned crockery, so well looked after.
It was quaint and cute...had everythibg i needed.

'Brilliant accommodation for anyone requiring one in the area. We stayed for wedding at a local venue and we couldn't fault it at all. Rooms were just what we needed and our hosts Sue and Clive couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful! Would definitely considering staying again if needed for the area again. Certainly plan to have dinner in the pub as well, very good value, very tasty and amazing portion sizes.
Would only note, the room we stayed in called 'Fakenham', only annoyance is Wi-Fi...

'The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly and accommodating. The property was strategically located for our activities, including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Gardens, and the Hunstanton through to Wells Next to the Sea area. It was convenient to our ancestral homes in Swaffham and Deopham. Went to the Samphire just over 1/2 mile down the road for a nice dinner. Picked up a few items at the shop across the street. Met some friendly couples at breakfast.'

'Fabulous property. Gorgeous decor. Loved the big sofas to relax in. Liked the art work on the walls. Great to have magazines to read with complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits/ cake.Very good breakfast.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
