'Room was carpeted which attracted dust. Room stank of cigarettes. I requested a double bed, but was given a room with THREE single beds! Restaurant was full of flies, so could not eat there, as hygiene was poor, as I saw waiter checking temperature of cooked food with his bare hands. Cooked food was cold. I could not wait to leave.'

'The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy.'
