« The Aframe was perfect. Very cozy and stocked with everything we could need. We caught so many fish, and had such a relaxing week. The kids loved the amusement park that is nearby. Very peaceful area, and the caretakers do a wonderful job maintaining the grounds and trails. »

« Cute little place tucked back and secluded into the woods. We had a bike race in Alpena and needed a place to get some rest before and after. This was the perfect spot. The back porch was perfect to relax on while it rained the day after. Will definitely be back when needing a break from phone service and real life. »

« Welcoming, homey cabin with everything we needed and more. Tidy property with a nice picnic table and deck, fire ring, and firewood. The kitchen was well appointed, and the bathroom was clean. Every window had blinds, and they all worked! A few references were on hand to provide us with ideas for day trips and good meals. No overbearing rulebooks, and the WiFi password was in plain sight. « Great little place to stay for the weekend! The house had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The property manager sent very detailed instructions before our arrival. We appreciated that! The fishing was very nearby and easy to access. The breakfast pizza at the little convenience store was really good! Wish the weather would have cooperated on Saturday of our stay, but we made the best of it and watched some movies. Would love to come back and enjoy the outside on a better...

« My husband and I stayed while attending a music festival in the area. The cabin was clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable. It’s tucked quite a ways back in the woods, which made it a bit of a hike to get anywhere. But the drive through Jack pines and woods was beautiful. The living room furniture is a bit tired and a lot is expected at check-out (we have to vacuum?), which is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5. »
