There is also a large outdoor shower for use in nice weather. The gas fire-placed living room offers gorgeous ocean views, where you can watch the high-speed M/V ferry go by along with a wide variety of boat traffic. Nautical birds fly right by the deck; besides the usual seagulls, there are opsreys, egrets, herons, and swans in the area. Whether you’re relaxing indoors, outdoors enjoying the view, or getting ready for a day out, the space feels inviting and is well-equipped. There is a private, rocky beach in front of the house, but a sandy beach (Ruth St.) is a short walk away. The town beach at West Island is a short drive and there is the state beach at historic Fort Phoenix. This new home offers a fantastic spot to unwind and is the perfect location for day trips to Cape Cod, the Islands, Plymouth, Boston, Providence or Newport. This is an elevated home with many stairs so is not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments.
