'This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is.'

'This is a bare bones property. Really alot of issues with this property. We were only staying one night, four adults. when we arrived the back door was unlocked and the garage light on...as tho someone had just been there. My son went to the bathroom and got locked in- that happened two more times. My daughter got locked in the bedroom. There are no blankets or extra pillows. Just 2 pillows per bed. There was one towel each, the shower backed up when taking a shower. There is not one salt...

'Location was great, next to BART which was perfect for us. Check-in was smooth and easy. Communication with host was good. However, did not rate 5 star as there were issues.House description needs to be updated, no walk-in closet in master bedroom or Spa-inspired main bathroom with rain shower. Master restroom is too small and no counter space with only one sink. Toilet tank would also stop refilling water after flush at times which required us to remove the lid and move the water sensor in...

'Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend.'
