'This place was very spacious, nice & clean. We liked that we could do our laundry after traveling for 6 days. It was a bit confusing when we got there because our cabin wasn’t visibly marked. Took us a few minutes to figure out which one was ours.'

'The best stay in Fairbanks AK. I have stayed in most of Fairbanks hotels kver the last several years. I can say without a doubt this has been my favorite stay. The cabin is very spacious, everything was super clean (much cleaner than any hotel). Rooms are big, beds were very comfortable. Easy access, just minutes drive to mayor stores. You can walk to a few restaurants. Very close to the Chena River area. Only cons if you are traveling with very young kids or elders, the inside stairs are too...

'Kitchen was sorely lacking in supplies. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and the other with a queen and a twin. There was no hot tub which is why I booked this place. The owner said it was a miscommunication. But his listing is misleading. There were no hangers or dressers for us to put our clothes in. This property wasn't close to anything. There were no smoke detectors and there was black mold. I will not use VRBO again if this is the kind of properties you let list.'

'5 stars to this place! We just spend 4 nights at the chickadee treehouse and I have only good things to say about it. It’s a beautiful place where you feel safe and comfortable. We are trying to book again for next year and return to the same treehouse if possible.'
