Property is excellent, incredibly clean and had every amenity we needed. Location is terrific and is lakefront and close to 85 so easy to get wherever you need but also private. Management is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. 10/10.

PERFECT LOCATION

This place is in the perfect spot. Not far from the interstate. The cove was quiet. The water was clear. The house was shaded with TONS of outdoor space. The owners were super nice and helpful going above and beyond. The place is small. Perfect for a couple or a family with small or few kids. The only thing that was noticeable was the water pressure was really low. It was hard to shower. It was stated it needed to be low due to the piles installed. Other than that perfect stay.

A Little Slice of Heaven

My little family (me, husband, & teen son) booked a last minute long weekend getaway & had an amazing time. The cottage was very clean & beautifully decorated & the lake view is absolutely gorgeous. We cooked/grilled every night & had everything we needed to make staying in very easy & enjoyable. It is a short little walk down to the dock. We swam & fished & had the best time. It was quiet & peaceful. The owners were nice & attentive. It was a perfect summer getaway. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway on Lake Hartwell

Stayed at this property for an extended weekend. The house was cozy and clean with all of the comforts of home. The hosts met us on site shortly after arrival, and they had literally thought of everything to make our stay comfortable...from a well-stocked kitchen to loads of towels for the house and the boat! I'm a very particular guest when it comes to rental properties, and I can honestly say that this little lakehouse was perfect! Look forward to returning and renting for family members as well!

Wonder Stay

We came in for the High School Bass Fishing Nationals. Michele & Bob were great! We had a small issue with the tv and they were right there to fix the problem. The home was extremely clean and nice. It was perfect!! Highly recommend their property! If and when we make it back we’ll definitely be staying with them again!!

Girls Trip

Perfect for us in every way! We were greeted by owner upon arrival and found the home to be so cozy and welcoming! They have thoughtfully considered everything a guest may need. We enjoyed the dock and basically had the entire cove to ourselves. We will be back!

Excellent Getaway!

Stayed here for the weekend for the Clemson game. Host was so thoughtful with our late arrival and had lights on for us. Everything is immaculately clean. Nice layout and beautiful scenery.

Another Great Stay

This is our second time staying here. It's perfect for us. As always, the place is well maintained and immaculately clean. The owners are always available and willing to help. Which makes our stay, seem effortless. I'm sure we'll be back for a third time, shortly.

Perfect spot for a young family!

We loved this cute home! It was spotless and perfectly decorated! My husband and I stayed with our two young kids (5 and 3) and they loved the bunk beds! The dock is SUPER nice and we loved to fish and swim off the dock (even if it was a little chilly). The dock is on deep water too. The kids loved playing on the covered porch. The path to the dock is perfectly maintained and easy to navigate. The owners are right next door and helped us out when we accidentally locked ourselves out (thanks to our toddler) but they keep to themselves. Thanks for a great stay! We’ll definitely be back.

The best kept little secret on Lake Hartwell!

We found this place last minute when we decided to do a little weekend getaway with the kids. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was right on the lake and so perfect for our family of 4. The kids had the best time fishing on the dock. The house itself was so clean, cozy and fully functional. The property managers live right next door and they were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. My son left his switch and the property manager even mailed it back to us. Everything went above and beyond our expectations. We WILL be back! ❤️

We had a FABULOUS time celebrating our anniversary at this home! It’s in a great location on the water and only 20 minutes to downtown Seneca which is where we had dinner Friday night! The use of the boat lift on the dock was so convenient for our Moomba. And morning coffee didn’t get better than that view. All the necessities were there when we arrived and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great time at the lake!

My family and I have stayed here twice and have had a great experience both times! The owners are very helpful and kind! Everything is very clean. We love the location on the lake and spend a lot of time swimming from the dock and enjoying the water. We plan to come again!

Awesome time

Property owners were so helpful and accommodating. The use of dock was great, boat landing within a mile and the owner helped with launch of boat. House was furnished with everything we needed and then some. Will be back next year to fish again.

Great stay!

It was an absolutely perfect stay. The renovations are spot on with great decor and updated appliances. Kitchen has everything we needed. Extra thought has been given to all living and dining spaces for maximum comfort and space. The beds are new and very comfortable. The outside deck has lots of places to relax and dine. The best part of course is the dock on beautiful deep lake water. There is a perfect view of the lake in a quiet cove. Lots of room to swim, sun and fish and as my husband says, "the stair step ladder is a game changer." The walk from the house to the dock is easy and very level. We would love to come back again.
