'The cottage on Mendums Pond is a delightful, wonderfully furnished extended A-frame situated on a quiet road, overlooking a beautiful pond and natural view. Very quiet and peaceful, yet within 5 minutes of sites, shops, and conveniences. Everything you need is within the home, including AC and TV. The owner kept in touch and was very helpful with questions. The place was very clean and neat, and there were games and puzzles available. We loved our time here and will return in the future. '

We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!'

More than enough space for 5 adults and a child, cleanliness was top notch, along with the fact that the property was equipped with everything you would possibly need! Location was perfect and could not recommend this location enough as it is steps to the beach. Could not recommend this property enough for a weekend or weeklong getaway for families or couples. '

'Just as described. Came up for UNH graduation. About 15 minutes from campus. Lovely little town. Apartment was great. Just what we needed. Great communication with owner. Worked out perfectly for us. '

'We were in for the 5k/Half Marathon. Check in was easy. Location was perfect (everything is walking distance). There were 7 of us and plenty of room. Games were played.Puzzles were put together. Sat on the back deck for breakfast. Full dinner in the dining room. We were able to get a late checkout so we could shower after the race.'
