Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condo accept for the closet in the bathroom. We keep cleaning supplies in this closet. Please be respectful of these items :)



The Neighborhood:

Downtown Exeter is a walkable, picture-perfect New England town center — brick sidewalks, a river running right through it, and a great mix of independent restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps from your door. It's an easy stroll to the historic Phillips Exeter Academy campus, making this a favorite for parents visiting students or anyone who wants a charming, low-key escape.



From here, you're a short drive to the Seacoast's best beaches (Hampton and Rye), the restaurants and nightlife of Portsmouth, and — thanks to the Amtrak Downeaster stop right in town — an easy train ride into Boston without ever needing a car. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a family visit, or exploring the New Hampshire coast, Exeter offers small-town charm with real convenience.



Getting Around:

There is one (1) free parking space on site. The unit is very close to the downtown of Exeter making it very walkable to parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The train station is a short car ride away where the Amtrak Downeaster stops at. Making a day trip to Boston MA, or Portland ME easily accessible.
