Lovely 2 room apartment on the third floor of the historical Fonbonne Castle in Evian centre.
This 60 m2 flat is ideally located near the Evian town centre and the shores of Lake Geneva. It offers a living room with a sofa-bed (double), armchairs, a TV and access to the balcony. On one side of this room is the kitchen : well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all the necessary cooking items, dining table. You can access a small balcony from the kitchen. On the other side of the living room there is the bedroom that accommodates 4 people : two single beds and a double mezzanine bed above them. It also has access to a small balcony. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Free private parking space in the courtyard. Free wifi. 3rd floor with lift (there are however a few steps to access the flat).
