'Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und neu eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist groß, es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon ist wirklich toll. Leider ist das Objekt noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt, die Zuwegung zum Haupteingang gleicht noch einer Baustelle, die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist nur geschottert. Upon arrival, the apartment was in a deplorable state. The dishwasher was so dirty that I had to clean it thoroughly before I could even consider using it.
