« You will love your stay here! Bed is comfortable! Nice decor! Great Amenities. Close to tram pick up if you decide to ride. Close to downtown. Con: Driveway is a little steep if your in a car but not a deal breaker and the shower for as big as it was only had one shower head »

« The house had everything we needed for a short weekend stay - VERY clean. The space was perfect for a trip spent with family. Plenty of space in the living area / dining room, and the patio was a perfect morning and evening space, since it was hot. The host was quick to respond to messages and had awesome recommendations in the area. We enjoyed Promise Land safari and Roaring River state park for trout fishing! »

« This was our fifth year to stay at this wonderful house! It is perfect! There are 16 of us, we have a boat and the location on the lake is wonderful. »

« The cabin is very well kept with almost everything you could possibly think to need for a stay. I enjoyed using the grill and the various food prep options for our meals. The kayaks and paddle boards were a huge hit! Ken was extremely communicative, the tip sheets helped us find local entertainment. He was willing to come help us with the finicky dryer and with his tip it ran without issue! Staying here - the depot diner is absolute must!I absolutely would stay here again »

« Great location. No oven or stove top. No blinds or curtains on windows that face the road. Very comfy beds. Clean property. Cute decor. This property has a lot of stairs. Very comfortable stay. Plenty of space and nice bathrooms. »

« Loved staying in this super cute cottage in Eureka Springs. The cottage was clean upon arrival. The location was perfect. We were only a block from the shops, an amazing coffee shop and another wonderful restaurant. The cottage though was removed from downtown so it was quiet. The rooms were a great size for us (my husband and I). The bathroom had an amazing tub. The jets in the tub were strong and worked well. I hope we can come back sometime and stay in this wonderful cottage again. »

« This property is in such a beautiful setting! You really feel like you are the only people out there! The lake is also secluded and peaceful! The houses are very accommodating and so much space for people so you won’t feel crowded! Highly recommend! »

« The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Tabatha responded quickly to resolve a weather related internet issue when we first arrived. I enjoyed running the Merlin Bird ID app on my phone on the back deck several mornings to identify the numerous bird calls coming from the large trees behind the house. The front and back door alarms were helpful when our toddler grandson visited. We would definitely stay again. »
