'Clean room friendly staff'

'Friendly staff, comfortable bed and the room was clean!!'

'The owner was nice and helpful at times but could be rude to my family members. We had 6 children with us so he told us that he could not accommodate all of the children. But we had FOUR rooms reserved, side by side, and the children would have been spread out through those rooms. When we were going to take our breakfast back to our room because we had small children with us, instead of just telling us that we could not do that, he raised his voice in front of the other guests eating to tell us....

'There was no breakfast provided unlike the description. It looked like drinks were splattered on just about all the walls in the room. I’ll never stay there again.'

'This hotel was a mess. Many features were in disrepair. Cleaners supplies and equipment were left out in the hallway. Advertised breakfast was not served. Breakfast room was an unorganized storage space for all kinds of hotel items like lamps, laundry carts etc. Cleaning service left room door open. The one stafmember was unavailable most of the time. The state this hotel was in gave us the impression that it was about to be closed down and nobody cared anymore.'

'Everything was perfect and the host went out of her way to show me around the lake area and how to get in and out of the neighborhood! '
