Welcome to Prosecco Point - 36 Firefly Lane

This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage offers great indoor and outdoor space! Centrally located in Carlton Landing, right across from Firefly Park. There is a wrap-around porch, upstairs balcony, and backyard cookout area.

Have your next getaway with an intimate view of Firefly Park! This cottage offers great space both indoors and out. There are two bedrooms one with a King and one with a Queen bed, and the third bedroom offers two queen beds. Downstairs includes a living, kitchen, and dining area, along with a bedroom and full bath.
Upstairs you will find an additional bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with 2 queen beds, and an additional full bath and living area. The porches offer great views and plenty of space to gather and host cookouts!

This property has a Black Back stone propane grill for guests to use.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Clean & comfortable!

This is our third summer staying at a Lake Stay property in Carlton Landing. This property was clean and comfortable! We had a small issue with a tub leak and the property manager was very responsive and totally on top of rectifying the problem. We will always stay at a Lake Stay property when we come to Carlton Landing!

The house was great and in the condition as described by the listing. It sits in a really neat spot within Carlton Landing that gives you the opportunity to meet neighbors and relax on the porch while your kids play in the shared park area. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed a girls weekend with my mother and two sisters and celebrated my sisters, 60th. birthday! The house welcomed us with open arms! We enjoyed the area and our time together. Back at home we all talked about the beautiful home and so many people commented on our post on Facebook! We loved it!

Prosecco is “on point”

Nothing but good things to say about this house and location. Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The Blackstone grill worked great for making breakfast for a hungry crowd. The bunk room came in handy when friends a/c stopped working and they needed a place to sleep. Very close to restaurants and pools. We kept our boat at No. 9 Marina which was convenient. We found the courtesy docks in Carlton Landing which helped with taking a break off the water. I highly recommend this house.

Cute!

Such a fun place to stay! There was lots to do close by…lake, paddle boards, kayaks, pools, a small zip line for younger kids, basketball, snow cone truck, amazing coffee shop, pizza place and a grocery store not too far away. It’s was the perfect location for our family reunion.

Bachelorette Weekend

Overall a pleasant experience. The property was well maintained, pictures and listing was accurate, and the kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and meals in the home. The outdoor dining and multiple outdoor living spaces was a plus! The house was lovely for hosting our bachelorette weekend, as we venues to the pools, near by pizza, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and open floor concept. There was not a check in email the week of traveling to provide detailed navigation, address and check in instructions. Rather the very first booking email had those from over a month prior. Additionally, the VRBO app isn’t as user friendly saving all your messages in one place like other booking apps. The location was hard to find by Google maps and neither the app or confirmation email provided detailed navigation. We arrived after dark and looked for the house for over 30 minutes. The emails (multiple for payments processed over three different periods) had the location of the property management rather than rental address. Therefore there were conflicting addresses. We eventually had to park and walk around after dark by pictures of the house to find it. The address takes you to back entrances that are not marked. I did call the property management around 1030 and left a message. They did promptly call back within 10 minutes. For a property that sleeps 10 people, it was stocked relatively slim. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper in the house and enough coffee Kcups for 7 people. The two bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses and linens. The bunk room was less comfortable for adults but would have been great for kids. The house had beautiful furnishings, well thought out design and was clean! I would book again.

This house had great decor. It had everything we needed. The area had so many amenities and really fell in love with the area. We live near OKC so this is so nice to have something this special so close. We have traveled all over the world and were shocked how amazing this area was. We will be back to this house or another in the area.

Beautiful house

Very nice house. We enjoyed the property and were within walking distance to other family members staying in carlton landing. The only downside is that the property is that its pretty difficult to locate the exact house. It would be great if the houses were more clearly marked, especially in the back alley areas. However, that seems to be an issue across Carlton Landing and not specific to this house.

Utopia

Prosecco Point was absolutely perfect. Right when we walked in, we kept saying it is the most “Instagram-able” house ever. Everything was spotless and new. The location was perfect for the neighborhood and all the activities. Our kids ran around outside, like kids should. We spent time at the parks, pool, beach, garden, and playing ping pong. It was nonstop fun. A band played at The Meeting House on Friday- it was a blast. The neighborhood church was very welcoming on Sunday. Nobody wanted to leave. And, be sure to try Mama Tigg’s Pizza. It was delicious!

A Getaway Just Because

Even with construction in the neighborhood, it is simply beautiful!! My mom lives close to the area, so we pass by several times throughout the year. Driving by the entrance doesn’t start to describe this hidden gem!! We were there during Christmas, and our hearts were beyond happy. I can’t wait to get back during summer!!!
