'No toilet paper, barely any shampoo, 2 wash cloths for a week. no one was at the desk ever to get more. Trash was left in the room from the previous visitors'

'We enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few hiccups along the way. We arrived at 5:45 and our door code did not work. I called the number listed in my email, one listed on the front door, plus texted the emergency number. It took 30 minutes to get a response. It was just a bit disconcerting to not have staff available, both to address typical needs or in case of an emergency. This also made us uncertain about overall security.'
