Villa's in Estoi

'De villa is een paleis! Alles is in orde en compleet. De villa is bijzonder luxe en ruim en het verwarmde zwembad en jacuzzi waren heerlijk! De contacten met Helen en Nuno waren goed en zeer vriendelijk. Zonder voorbehoud aan te bevelen! Dit was niet onze laatste keer.'

'The villa is beautifully situated in the hills close to Faro & Estoi. Prior to our arrival the owner was very helpful and even rescheduled a pool maintenance (without us asking) so that we could enjoy the pool during our entire stay. The villa is very spacious and ideal for friends and/or families. The only points of improvement are the couch (had stains on it) and the villa is due some maintenance. This didn’t impact the joy of our stay though.'

'The Villa is fantastic, but the service levels were very poor, always take photos of what’s wrong with the property prior to visit from the managers visit to you next day as no inventory is done prior to you entering, this is wrong and despite us identifying slight problems, immediately, I was delayed my £500 damage deposit on my return, when I left the Villa in a better state than I entered it, but the property is fantastic!!!'

'Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La villa est superbe et bien équipé! Merci à Claudia pour son accueil chaleureux et pour nous avoir déjà mis au frigo quelques trucs pour notre arrivée. Merci aussi à l’équipe d’entretien qui fait bien les choses. Il faut absolument avoir une voiture car la villa est un peu éloignée du centre, mais nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu! Enig minpuntje, omdat we aanvankelijk pech hadden met het weer met enkele slechte, koude en regenachtige dagen (11°), is het ontbreken van een verwarmingstoestel vooral dan voor het opwarmen van de badkamer(s). De aanwezige open haard ontsteken is te omslachtig en bovendien duurt het te lang om de volledige woning...

It is a beautiful house, spacious and very well equipped, and the pool, which is heated, was perfect for us to enjoy, with my daughter getting lots of swimming practice! 'This is a lovely villa set all on one level which is ideal for families. Lovely outside space with pool, nice size rooms, comfy beds and brilliant location. Short stroll from resort reception, Praca, beach. Less than 5 mins from tennis centre. We will certainly be booking again. Philippa the owner could not have been more helpful with my various annoying questions and issues with the App (tip - use a PC not your mobile).'

'We had a fabulous time during our stay in Tavira. The villa is ideally located 3 minutes walk to the Gran Tavira shopping centre with a huge Continente supermarket open from 08:00 - 22:00 every day. It is only a 20 minute walk into town but as it was very hot when we were there we took Uber into town and got a local taxi back. All very easy and all the drivers were very friendly. 'Pictures don’t do the villa justice. Lovely and comfortable, very clean. Communication with Don prior to and whilst staying was very quick. The villa has a new kitchen which was amazing so much so that I want a new kitchen! Would love to stay again but already booked up for next year.'

'Property was still being prepared 2hours late Property was non smoking but stank of smoke (previous guests?, cleaners?) Pool was full of flies so had to clean myself. Marble surface in the kitchen was cracked and we were told no to use it, so didn’t have a functioning kitchen for the visit. Only bedding was a thin blanket or a stained duvet without a cover so had to but our own bedding on arrival.
