'Cabins are old but quaint. They have character! Very clean, the staff friendly and thoughtful, our room wasn't ready until after 5, it was raining so we had to wait in the car, they gave a complimentary bottle of wine and mini golf tickets. If you want a fun small cabin near a river without fancy dancy features this is for you. It's close to town and RMNP.'

'Our stay was perfect. This location is convenient to downtown Estes and close to both the Beaver Meadows and Falls River RMNP entrances. We had a 1BR/1Bath which met our needs perfectly. Brandon was friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit was clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this to friends.'

'Perfect location, just about 5 minutes to RMNP. Great new outdoor area. The hosts provided thoughtful touches like toiletries if you forgot yours. It is smaller than I thought from the pictures, but the listing is accurate. Great shower with ample hot water after a day in RMNP. We’re in love with the area and want to come back soon! '

'Loved the cabin we stayed in!! It’s stunningly beautiful along the lake. Only misconception is that it said it was a 3 minute walk to downtown. I’d say 10 minutes at a brisk walk and you have to navigate across a round a bout. '

" Nice place which is very close to the park entrance. It's quiet and we loved the room. Only we didn't get any reaction on questions via WhatsApp and/or the messagebox from Expedia. Because there is now reception this is not so nice. Further all fine. We had a good stay."
