Excellent séjour
La résidence est très sympathique, agréable et confortable. La maison est agréable, bien équipée et propre. La personne gérant la location sur place est très disponible et à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

We had a lovely time in Estepona. The house was very well equipped and we were able to enjoy wonderful dinner time at the terrazzo. It is an easy walk to the store as well as in to the town. It was quiet and very friendly neighborhood. We would love to rent this house again.

Absolutely Lovely from start to finish
The house is absolutely lovely. Situated in a quiet residential resort with a communal pool and about 20m from the sea. The furnishings are nice quality, the kitchen properly equipped to be fully self catered if you wish, the terrace is lovely to sit on with a retractable shade and wonderful views. Its about a 10-15 min walk to the town where we didn't have a bad meal. Don't come here if you want an all night party atmosphere- do come if you want to relax by the pool, dine and have a drink on the terrace and have a lovely nights sleep in a really comfortable bed! The house might not be suitable for people with mobility problems as there are quite a few steps within the house and there isn't a rail or barrier to prevent small children falling off the terrace into the garden. We were a group of friends so it wasn't an issue. One tiny strange anomaly was that there are no sun loungers by the pool nor are you allowed to take the ones in the house to the pool (you can however take a sun chair) or you can lay on a towel. The property manager explained though that it's a resort policy enforced by the president of the commitee and not a personal rule. 10/10 for us. Will definitely be back.

The rule that sun loungers were not allowed was introduced in the Corona era but now the rule no longer applies. Well maintained property in excellent location. Easy walk into Estepona old town, close to beach and large supermarket. Accommodation good, beautiful terrace with views of the sea. Quiet location. Beds a little hard for us but that is personal preference. Overall excellent

Great view, easy access to beach and lovely walk to old town
The house is closer to the sea than expected. The terrace is amazing for lunching, dining, and chilling out. House is well equipped for cooking. It is located in a tasteful housing development but close to shops (including a well appointed supermarket) and town.

Preciosa casa para descansar en la playa
Una estancia de 10 La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Elegantemente decorada y muy bien equipada, con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Hemos estado, cómodamente, hasta 7 personas adultas. Lo más impresionante de la casa es la amplia cocina en la planta alta con una inmensa terraza perfectamente amueblada: cocinas viendo y escuchando el mar. Los electrodomésticos de primeras marcas y todo el menaje y la vajilla en perfecto estado. Hemos cocinado todos los días y nunca nos ha faltado de nada. La terraza tiene un barbacoa de obra, todas las noches hemos cenado de la barbacoa El Carrefour y el Mercadona están a pocos minutos en coche y hay inmumerables tiendas y servicios en el barrio Las habitaciones están en la planta baja, todas con armarios empotrados, aire acondicionado y con puerta al amplio jardín de cesped. Tiene dos baños estupendos, uno con bañera y otro con plato de ducha La urbanización está cerrada, tiene aparcamiento propio y una mágnifica piscina, con socorrista, que con las medidas del coronavirus estaba bastante restringida y limitada, pero abierta. Todo está verde y muy bien cuidado La urbanización tiene una salidad directa a la playa, pequeña pero solitaria, de arena negra y piedras, como casi todas las playas de Málaga. Ideal para nosotros que buscabamos tranquilidad (imprescindible llevar escarpines para los pies si quereis bañaros por las piedras y los erizos) Una casa preciosa, con un diseño espectacular, como una casa andaluza antigua (no es apta para minusválidos) tiene estrechos pasillos y muchos escalones y recobecos, lo que lo hace más bonita aún. Para el invierno el salón, en dos niveles, tiene chimenea y un despacho aparte. Aunque para sentarse a comer dentro solo vemos una mesa de 4 plazas en la cocina, pero casi todos los días del año se puede comer en la terraza en una inmensa y preciosa mesa de madera para más de 8 personas La recomiendo 100%, sin ninguna duda

Great property in a great location
Lovely villa in a quiet and pretty location. Nice pool just outside the front door and the gardens are very well kept up. The terrace is a fantastic place to relax, very spacious with great views of the sea. Just a few steps from the beach with a lovely boardwalk in both directions. Approx 15 min stroll along the boardwalk into Estepona with all the shops, bars, restaurants etc. Some great beach bars along the way. Big supermarket within walking distance, you really don’t need a car to get around. Property manager was really welcoming and very helpful during our stay. Overall we had a fantastic few days here, can highly recommend!

Wonderful Surprise
The house is cute and has a great location. Wonderful views of the Med from the deck. Access to the beach, walking to shopping and restaurants. The entire family enjoyed the stay. Being an American, the air conditioners wouldn't be enough for a stay in warmer months. It was fine for us in mid June.

Wonderful place to live
We had really fantastic 10 days in this very nice house. You can not only see the sea from the beautiful terasse, you can always hear the waves. Furthermore, there is a great pool nearby where we were alomost alone. Estepona, its nice old town centre and the beach bars are easy to reach by feet. All in all, we missed nothing and will certainly get back soon.

Magnificent balcony
We were a party of 6 on a girls holiday. The villa is set in lovely grounds with a private pool and great views of the sea. It’s quiet and private. The balcony has to be the best bit and we all ate, sun bathed and relaxed here most of the time. Everything you need in the kitchen was there. We didn’t use the oven but used the bbq on the balcony. 3 double rooms, all comfy rooms with air con. We didn’t use the sitting room area as we didn’t need it or the TV. Check in and check out was easy. A short walk along the boardwalk to the right were some lovely beach bars, its about a 10 minute walk in to the town and another 10 to the port. We hired bikes and had a car so was easy to get around. Carrefour 5 mins drive but could easily be walked for the morning croissants. Lovely villa and we had a great holiday.

Gem of a propert
Amazing location - easy access to shops, supermarkets and yet overlooking gardens across the sea, and a ten minute walk along a promenade to the beaches. A decor that’s both contemporary yet characterful . Great outside terrace and large pool literally on the doorstep. Great service - everyone very proactive - made the experience easy. Only caution ..living area a little ‘snug’ with six adults.

Lovely Holiday
We had a lovely holiday in this villa. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Lorraine was very helpful and contact before and during our stay was excellent. 10 minute walk into Estepona along the promenade and as stated previously, close to carrefour. All in all an excellent location and villa.

Stunning location peaceful
What a great property. The kitchen and terrace area with views over the gardens and sea are simply stunning. The pool is fantastic and the beds are so comfortable. The best thing though is the location. At the top of the road is one of the best restaurants in Estepona, SAN Antonio bistro absolutely amazing food. Overall this is great place to holiday in Estepona.

Beste Roswita, Fijn dat jullie genoten hebben! We hebben nog nooit commentaar op de badkamers gehad. We hebben de badkamers in 2014 beiden vernieuwd. In onze ogen zijn de badkamers vrij tijdloos en neutraal. Maar smaken verschillen uiteraard. Bedankt voor de review!

Waren sehr zufrieden, leider war Internet nicht immer und auch nicht in allen Räumen verfügbar, auch der TV- Sat- Empfang war nicht stabil, grad bei Regenwetter. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, schöne Terrasse, auch eine Gasheizung war vorhanden, die Erwärmung über die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen funktionierte nur teilweise, bei tollem Wetter eine Topadresse und sonst gut bis sehr gut

Very enjoyable stay
We had a lovely 12 nights in this excellent villa. All amenities were close by and only 8 minutes walk to a huge Carrefour supermarket. Lorraine was very helpful & friendly whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend to friends

La ubicación de la casa es muy buena, bien comunicada, cerca del centro en zona tranquila y con unas vistas fantásticas al mar. La vivienda es agradable y tiene de todo.. quizás los colchones de las camas pequeñas son demasiado blandos y sería bueno que los renovaran.

Lovely Villa. Excellent location
The Villa is well looked after and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The Solarium Terrace is great with fantastic views out to the sea. The outside kitchen is perfect for a BBQ and outside living. It’s only a short walk to the main beeches in Estepona and the beautiful old town. My family and I would definitely stay again!

Traumhaft
wir hatten zwar nur. eine Woche, aber wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Super Wetter, Super Wohnung. alles gut in Schuss und sauber. Die Betten sind mit einzigartig guten Matrazen ausgestattet. Nicht die sonst übliche harten Dinger. Küche ist neu und mit Allem was man braucht ausgestattet. von Popcorn bis Lasagne für 5 konnten wir alles zubereiten. Der Blick von der Terasse ist schon erholung pur. Für Badeausflüge sind wir dann doch lieber zum Strand in Porto Christo gefahren, da der Strand vor der Tür und auch an der promenade uns zu steinig war. Internet war ausreichend, leider nicht bis ins Schlafzimmer aber da hat man ja auch anderes vor... Lorraine ist ein Schatz und sehr benüht, alles perfekt zu halten. rundum Glücklich.

Wonderful house with a weird owner
We stayed in this house for 12 days, 4 adults and 2 babies. The house is very convenient and superb equipped, we didn't miss anything. The view is just like on the picture. The house had most of the time a nice temperature, even though it was 30+ degrees outside, so we barely needed the AC. A bit downside was some cockroaches we found in one bedroom. According to the housekeeper is normal. :( The bigger downside was the aftertaste: although we left the house exactly how the housekeeper asked (taking the trash out and putting the pillows inside the house), the owner deducted 30€ for extra cleaning, although we paid 100€ already, according to contract. Apparently the house was so dirty that the cleaning lady took 9 hours to clean it (yeah, right...) And the owner wouldn't even want to tell about the deduction, it turned out only when she asked me when I will write a nice review. :S Was a bit weird...Sad, cause the house is really nice, but if you book this, you cannot count on your deposit!

Dear Mikolt, Good to hear that you liked our house so much and enjoyed your holiday! That is the most important. I am very sorry to hear about your negative aftertaste, because in my opinion I did my best to explain to you in several e-mails why we charged you € 30 for extra cleaning. In the past years we never had any complaints at all about our house, our service and certainly not about unfair use of the deposit. In 99% of the cases we return the deposit in full. And I would never ever force anyone to write a nice review....We have 29 reviews and the majority gave us a 5* rating! All our guests pay a cleaning fee of € 100 which includes laundry (bed linen and towels), cleaning once a week during your stay and the end-cleaning of 4,5 hours. In this case Maria had to ask the help of a friend to get everything ready before 16.00 when the next guests were arriving because there was so much extra work; like for example cleaning all the windows as there were a lot of fingerprints (from the kids) everywhere and putting furniture that was in different places back into place. Concerning your remark about the cockroaches: in all front line urbanisations you will sometimes encounter one or two....after all it's Spain. Our house keeper and I really thought we have tried to cater to all your wishes like for example your early arrival at 10.30, so all in all we hope the good memories of the house and the holiday will prevail and the weird aftertaste will fade away.

Amazing property with breathtaking views.
A very warm welcome from property manager, Lorraine and the property surpassed all of our expectations. Would definitely recommend the property 100%.
