« Receptionist was never at the front desk, despite ringing the bell. There was mold on the ceiling of my room. The walls are made of paper so you can hear guests come in and out and whatever is happening on the streets. Otherwise, bed was comfy, wifi was strong and shower had hot water. »

« The staff was very accommodating, they were very helpful and even helped us keeping our bags safe after our check out. There are many place nearby to eat and visit, it’s also near a metro station! »

« The room was very nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helped me coordinate transport to the airport. Highly recommend! »

« Really good hotel. We will come back to this hotel next time we visit Quito. »

« Overall, it's a good hotel. The staff is excellent. It has a good restaurant with a very good breakfast, and it also serves lunch and dinner. The room has heating, which keeps it a bit too hot for my liking. The television connects to streaming services, and the internet signal is strong throughout the hotel. The hotel is very well located, just steps from La Carolina Park, Quito's largest park, and a few blocks from shopping centers. Unfortunately, an overpass right in front of the hotel...

« It is a very nice suite . . nicely furnished . . spacious . . and really impressive. »
