'The resort was pretty, the room was very nice--clean, spacious, with a surprisingly nice kitchen facility. Some of the staff were kind and helpful, but the man who checked me in was defensive and edgy. He chastised me for saying "jesus" when I had to repeat information several times. I also felt that the rules regarding the pool were too strict and closing the pool at 6 pm (Tower 1) and 7 pm (Tower 2) when it is 114 during the day and only possible to be outside in the evening was very...

'Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

'Goede prijs/kwaliteits verhouding en de ligging is prima. Ontbijt zit er niet bij, gratis parkeren wel. Resortfee is wel wat hoog. Kan in het weekend erg druk zijn waardoor er bijna geen parkeerplekken meer zijn.'

'Groot hotel met veel faciliteiten. Jammer dat de zwembaden waar de kinderen in mogen maar 3-4 feet zijn. Voor tieners niet leuk. Appartement is geweldig met eigen wasmachine en droger. Overal is aangedacht (wasmiddel, vastwassoullen, peper en zout)'
