'Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

'Hot tub jets didnt work. Beautiful hotel but i booked for 5 nights and they wanted to charge me $30 for more towels since i guess expedia doesnt have room services like that?!? And although there was no resort fee there was a $300 hold though to be aware of. The beds and showers were clean but baseboards were yellowing and dusty. Could use a deep clean from time to time'
