'Vacasa sent us directions to the lake house we cancelled instead of the new one on the river, so that caused some issues after driving all day (376 miles). It was upsetting but once i contacted them via text, they verified they made an error and sent the new directions. Still, we wasted a good hour trying to figure out the incorrect directions and everything. Thankfully, the correct cabin was beautiful as were the grounds and the beautiful raging river! 'Beautiful property. Great views. Great location. Good communication. Close to everything we wanted to do. Refrigerator was on its last legs and was barely cooling anything but that stuff happens. Owner acknowledged it and planned to fix it. Didnt cause any issues for us. Would stay again.'
