'Absolutely AMAZING property. We absolutely loved the location which was close to shopping and restaurants but a great amount of space between you and the neighbors. The entire property is fenced which worked out great with our big dogs. One of the reviews mentioned the yard was not “maintained” but we have acreage and farm dogs so for us it was absolutely fine. 'Nice getaway, close to downtown, very close to walmart in case you need anything/groceries. Cool and fresh town (be prepared to wait for oven due to cool temps) hot tub will bleach your bathing suit due to the chemicals in it, but very relaxing. Can use any streaming services (no dvds or extras besides tv and wifi) large dining table awesome for eating and boardgames. Recommend to anyone traveling to Flagstaff!'

'It was a great house for our purposes. We were there a month and enjoyed sitting on the patio with morning coffee and watching the deer in the evening, as they wandered through the neighborhood. 'We had a lovely, relaxing time. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I took a nice walk in the woods, but they aren’t so vast you could get lost. We were planning to light a fire in the stove, but we enjoyed the cool mountain breezes so much we didn’t bother. Highly recommend!'
