'Great location, beautiful old hotel such beautiful furniture. All the staff were excellent so helpful with directions and information. No lift but the staff carried bags to our room. The room was quiet air conditioned. The bed very comfortable. Bathroom well appointed. Breakfast included an excellent selection and catered for Gluten Free. Evening meal in their dining room had plenty to choose from at a very reasonable price. A good selection of wines by the glass or bottle. The waitress greeted...

'We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for several days, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standard we expected from a 4-star hotel. A few staff members—Ilena, Francesco, Haron Rashid, Antonella, and Pascual—were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. However, our experience with Rossana at the pool bar was very disappointing. When we called to order drinks as instructed by the hotel, she often responded rudely, saying she didn't have time or...

'Fantastische host.

'Property was absolutely beautiful, clean , very nice and helpful staff. We had an amazing time felt at home recommending 100%'

'The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. They have no restaurant for a late snack but there’s a good pizzeria at about 250 meters down the street for an evening snack that you can take with you in the garden, which we did. They do serve drinks u til 0:00. The garden is open until about 01:30.'

'We booked 1 day before we would arrive and everything went smoothly. The owner texted me through whatsapp and was really friendly. The accommodation is located perfectly in the city center of Siena. The room was tidy and had everything we needed. I really recommend staying there.'

'We booked this last - minute and were really impressed with the whole experience. The property and grounds are beautiful. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and quiet. Beds were too firm for our liking, but it was easy to overlook as the entire stay was really great. Good options in the restaurant too. The block of hotel rooms is in a retirement resort, which I think is a wonderful idea! Very much enjoyed our stay. We had a car and parking was free.'

'good hotel, good service from the hotel staff ... only the hot water from the shower had no pressure and not really hot'
