"Grounds are nice. Room was not ready when we arrived (40 minutes late). Room is large with comfortable bedding. Plumbing issues with pipes squealing, when we are not using them but we need to turn on a tap to stop it. Staff are very friendly. Parking is close. Dinner was tasty with good size meals. "

"The guy who owns the property is a character, and he clearly loves the history of the house. However, the rooms are in disrepair—open electrical sockets! Stuff is everywhere. The place still needs a lot of work. It smells throughout the house of cigar or pipe smoke. The B&B itself could be amazing but it needs professional management!"

"It was a beautiful location. The cottages are well equipped. There was a bit of a musty smell. I think that could have been the carpets in the bedrooms and sitting area. Wooden floors would be more hygienic. Having the hotel so close was the effect for the leisure centre and bar! A great weekend all considered and I will be back!"

"Wonderful stay at Tully Mill Cottages. Spacious cottage within 1 minute to the Florence Court Forest Park. Large beds, open plan living, kitchen and dining space. Everything you need for a self catering break. One small gripe was the lack of power from the shower. Also didn't have a very high temperature. But the heat and power of water in the bath made up for it. Dog friendly. Would love to return. "
