« The cabin was fresh and clean. The room upstairs was comfortable. There is a garden where I could’ve picked some veggies. Jon communicated everything I needed to know. The evenings were cool after a sweltering day. The sunsets were colorful. I was intimidated with the stairs. When taking them down, I went down the stairs facing forward. I would use his place again. 🌻 »

« We loved staying at the cozy cabin. It was very clean and nicely decorated. There were brand new appliances and the bathroom had a new shower, sink and toilet. The air conditioning was quiet and functioned well. The washer and dryer are a bonus for sure. The front porch and property were wonderful. It was peaceful with beautiful views. A short walk up their road revealed great mountain views. Kirk was an excellent host. »

« It is a nice cabin located about 15-17 minutes from downtown Tellico town. It had everything you need in the kitchen. Nice firepit outside. Only item that needs be clarified better on the site is the 3rd bedroom. It states the 3rd bedroom is about 30 feet from the house in small letters under the picture. However, it does not state it has no fan, no air, no window to open, no bathroom and the only heat is small camping propane heater...which is dangerous. The eletrical is a battery used to power...

« The cabin was very nice and clean. It was also very pet-friendly, we took our puppy with us and we all had a great time. We also was traveling with my fiancée great grandparents and the host was very kind about letting us have a later checkout to get everything packed up! We will most definitely be coming back soon!! »

« I was disappointed in this property. I have rented several log style cabins in the area and this one rates very low for the higher cost. I booked this property only because of its avalability and location. If it worked out, there was potential for repeated bookings. Perhaps when the marina area is not closed, it would be worth the money? Simple things like not having mold on shower curtains, a deep clean on baseboards and rafters, providing more than one dishwasher tab, a second roll of paper...

« Cozy cabin, the hot tub takes time to warm up - turn it on immediately upon arrival and turn off eco mode to use it the first evening. The view is wonderful. Bring bug spray! Watch out for wildlife, we came upon a possible water moccasin over 3 feet long on the trails. »
