The house was terrific, lots of light, spotless, plenty of room. I chose this place to take my adult son, who uses a wheelchair, as the description stated that it was handicapped accessible. However, the driveway had an extremely steep grade, which was very dangerous, the neighbor parked his car adjacent to the only entrance to the house, and we had to take my son's electric wheelchair over rocks. The communication with the property management was also the worst I've experienced in my dozens of VRBO rentals. We didn't have any check-in information until 30 minutes before we were supposed to occupy the house, so it was very stressful having our car loaded up with a wheelchair and all of the necessities and not being sure if we would be going. We only got two screenshots of the code and the Wi-Fi password—no other instructions. The agent supposedly didn't receive my payment, and I had to wait twice for him to call me back to provide my credit card information. (The invoice was sent to me three days before occupancy.) Needless to say, this was not a stress-free vacation. Although I'll continue to use VRBO, I will make sure that I don't interact with this management company again. I'm used to a seamless experience with VRBO.
