'Booked this room because it said an RV park and motel on the lake. We were looking for a place family could stay in the motel and we could camp during the Crappie Fest next year. What a joke! The RV park is a trashy full-time trailer park. The so-called convenience store had zero air conditioning, nothing on the shelves and definitely nothing to order for dinner. 'Affordable! Centrally located close to downtown area. 3 minutes away from Starbucks, Walmart and lots of restaurants. Very welcoming Staff. Samir, gentleman at front desk was very knowledgable about the town, and provided information about recreational places. Highly recommend it!'

'The tub look like someone broke a hole in to it and the put a patch to fix it instead of properly replace it. Pipes sticking out and the caulking was old and moldy. The room was clean but watch the bed frames because it has two sharp steel pieces sticking out and they can cut you. Continental breakfast is the worse I have run in to all the choice properties!'

'It's not a luxury hotel, so you can't expect that. Two out of our 3 rooms unfortunately had issues. The first room had a really dirty toilet seat; the front desk was able to find us some lysol spray. The second room had ants on the bed, and they found a different room for those guests. Ants are a hazard for any motel, and other than those things, the room looked really clean (though I don't trust the carpet in any motel). The a/c unit worked be the wifi worked. 'Mold on ceilings and walls'

'Dead bolt did not work at all, swing lock was broken off, and there was no do not disturb sign. Almost as if the staff wants to be able to walk in on you, which they tried to do every morning. Very very frustrating and not at all okay. Breakfast was very poor and was not restocked often, but the waffle machine worked so was the only thing we took advantage of.'

'OH MY!! first thing the smell of weed and just broke down all the way around! Walk in the room and boom not 1 but 2 big bugs crawling around the carpet, next to all the cigarettes ashes and the bed that looked so sloppy, like someone jumped on it then just threw the blanket on the bed. I walked in took pictures and walked out. I was denied a refund by the trap house keeper and indeed!!'

'The property is old. The bed and flooring were good. The fold over lock did not work and had been repaired poorly. The bathroom shower was cracked in 2 places. Paint splatter all over. Some bugs in bathroom area. Front curtains would not close , exposing the inside beds. I had to us clips for privacy.'
