This beautiful rustic townhouse is located just outside the village and is only a 1/2 mile walk to restaurants and shops, and minutes to Holliday Valley and Holli Mont ski resorts. This is the perfect destination for that much needed gathering of family and friends around a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board, or nestling into the coziest couch with a blanket and the perfect cup of Cocoa. Perhaps it is making lasting memories under the patio lights around the fire pit. We have something just for you!

The space
Spätzle House is a newly constructed townhouse and was designed around the idea that traveling is an opportunity to explore new experiences and make lasting memories with those who are most dear to us. It might be that much needed gathering of friends around a kitchen island with a glass of your favorite wine and charcuterie plate, or that perfect mug of creamy hot chocolate and blanket cozied in on the chaise lounge by the fire place. Celebrate life's milestones in our "Garage Bar" and raise a glass with your favorite people. And no trip to a mountain town is complete without sharing a beverage and the perfectly toasted marshmallow melting the chocolate of a smore around the crackle of a fire pit on our back patio under the light of the stars. there 2 two parking spaces in front of the unit with an overflow lot across the street. we are also just a short walk to town.

Other things to note
There is access to walking trails at the back of the property. we also have provided a set of cornhole boards to enjoy in the grassy area to the side of our unit.
