« We had the absolute best time at this property. Our extended family rented it to celebrate Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for Christmas! « This property has great potential. Cleaning supplies were left out in multiple locations. Trash was full inside and outside. Upstairs shower needed an anti slip mat, nearly fell a few times. Ant poison on kitchen counters. »

« Sanctuary at Rum River was perfect for our large family get-together. All of the house was clean. Beds were very comfortable (even the bunk beds) bathrooms were well appointed. Kitchen was GREAT...nice to have everything labeled on the cabinets, and have plenty of dishware, glasses, coffee cups, and silverware.
