Hôtel près de Elijah Iles House (Springfield)

« Good choice, a very conveniently located and clean hotel. Our room was huge, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Bonus: very good Mexican Restaurant attached to the conference facility. »

« Great experience only point I had to deduct for was elevator was out of order when checking out. Other than that. Great experience »

Hotel calme, chambre confortable bonne literie. Pour moi, un hotel où je reviendrai. Bien placé pour aller à Chicago »

« Very friendly staff. Property needs to be painted and refreshed. We stayed only for one night and got everything we needed. »

« Accueil sympathique chambre propre et confortable. Bonne Wifi. »

« Came back to a an open hotel room door and my stuff being removed after leaving for a quick breakfast at 8:00am. It was 8:45 and when I explained we just went to breakfast they asked if I was gonna be staying long. Check out was 2 hours away and I had planned to make a few travel reservations calls then shower before check out. When I went to the front desk to explain they said don’t worry I was already checked out they would email me the bill and I said yes I know I am already checked out...

« Desk staff not at all friendly. Just looking at their scree all the time. Still waiting for a Hello »

« Parfait !! »

« Route 66 »

« Excellent property »

« Everything was really good as usual. Wish they would get different coffee. The coffee is absolutely horrible it’s like drinking colored hot water. Thank goodness there’s a McDonalds and Starbucks right down the street. 😁😁 Outside of that for the price it’s worth the stay. The surrounding area has everything right there. The staff is awesome you need anything they take care of you. »

« Our 3 rooms were supposed to be by each other (they was able to get us on the same floor) and we did not enjoy the construction on the roof (they were putting shingles on it) then we could not enjoy the outdoor area bc of the construction »
