'Lovely room with the most incredible views from the balcony. Considering how loud and busy the harbour is the sound proofing muffled it well, but I’d still recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Breakfast is a short walk away and has a nice buffet with absolutely lovely staff. The front desk is a few doors up at the sister hotel, and again the staff are very helpful and welcoming. 'Zeer welkomeontvangst. ruim en zeer proper appartement. Dagelijks housekeeping was zalig. Ligging boven de rest van het dorp maakt dat het heerlijk rustig is. Platanias is een goede uitvalsbasis om West Kreta te ontdekken en Chania. Platanias zelf is niet zo interessant, maar heeft voldoende gelegenheden om goed te eten zodat je nooit zelf hoeft te koken'

'The room is amazing looking into the Bay, very modern. The staff are so nice and very friendly as well as helpful. If I have to say one thing that I did not like is that they don’t have staff over night in the hotel as it is a very small boutique hotel. Easy to over look that one thing. If I to be asked where to stay in chania i would for sure say this hotel. '

'Went with my husband and two adult children… the duplex room 8 was amazing!!! Overlooked the old town with a view of the harbour! Great seating outside the room in the balcony to take in all the huddle and bussel below. The suite offered a bedroom downstairs with two beds a bassin , washroom and shower all separate so ur able to brush your teeth or blow dry your hair if someone is in the shower or using toilet also sitting area and a vanity in bedroom same as upstairs with a sitting area also...
