« I was at the property for less than two hours when I witnessed a rat run from the bathroom into the kitchen. Due to this, I canceled my stay and left immediately. I contacted customer support to request a refund but was told it could not be approved without photo documentation. Given the situation, my priority was leaving the property promptly rather than taking pictures. I found this experience very disappointing and expected better cleanliness standards. »

« Awesome lakehouse & host! Incredible house with so much to do from young to old. We spent the weekend for daughter’s college graduation and it was the perfect place. Peaceful patios overlooking the pool and lake and the most amazing game room and indoor hot tub.I just can’t say enough about what a great host Bren is, with welcome snacks, wine, and fresh baked cookies. We all really enjoyed getting to meet them. Came as strangers, left as friends! »
