« I booked the property and it was actually through VRBO. The owner stated they would send the door code the day before. The code did not show up. When I arrived at the property, there was another person already staying in the unit. I tried calling the number given and it was not in service. No response from the owner until 2 hours after check in and I already booked another place. The owner did not seem to care about what I told them. »

« The view from this property is absolutely amazing. The pool area is beautiful, with incredible city views, and the gym is very nice as well. Those amenities were definitely the highlight of the stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always responding promptly, which was definitely a great plus. However, the apartment itself needs much more attention and maintenance. There were visible stains on the sheets and pillows, which was disappointing. There was also a strong sewage smell...
