« This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot! »

« Its the nicest property in Rocky Point. Once at the resort you could be at any high in resort in the world. Very beautifully landscaped and very friendly employees. The only complaint is the check in process. We waited 30 minutes in line to get our parking pass. You would think that could get set up and sent to a renter long before getting to the property. Side note, I wish they would clean up all the half built properties that seem like will never be completed. »

« This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home! »

« Beautiful modern place. The place needs some updates. It is set up for family. With friends, the bunk beds was good for children, not so such for adults. The water was lukewarm and no pressure. It seems to need a new water heater. Having the garage was definitely a plus for safety. »

Enjoyed watching baseball on great reception television. Privacy. Very close to town and beach. Everything was in the Casita that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of towels. Easy to find and instructions for the house. Stayed five days. Much better than the resorts. »

« I really enjoyed my stay here. Was just looking for the basics on a budget and wasn't disappointed. It was clean and wifi worked great. Only used one bedroom, but both had large beds. The host was always available and super attentive to anything I needed. I would definitely come back. »

« The location was nice as it is close to places to eat and drink. One complaint is the walls are thin, so you here the music from the bars. The place could use some paint in places and fixing kitchen cabinet doors. Overall, we liked the place, the people and location and felt safe. P.s Tell the guys that sell the packages to back off a bit. One guy in particular was pretty aggressive with his approach and attitude. »
