'We had an excellent stay at Mosaic Homes. Perfect location in the center of Granada, close to the cathedral but also reachable by car to drop off our luggage. There is no full-time reception, but communication via WhatsApp goes very smoothly. The staff responds very quickly, even during weekends and late at night. Parking with reduced fee was organized by the staff and the ticket was dropped-off. Very clean, spacious and nicely renovated rooms. When I go back to Granada I will certainly stay...

I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly. 'Situación estupenda. Aunque es "zona media" de Sierra Nevada, es mejor que otros sitios de zona baja porque el telesilla está al lado. Eso sí, solo en horario de telesilla Parador. La alfombra hay que cambiarla, porque suelta muchísimo pelo. Lo demás estupendo, casi un 10.'

'We stayed with our 2 children for 2 nights in these apartments and they were great. Very modern and spotlessly clean. The apartment was a bit small for more than a couple of nights but was fine for the duration we were there. Unfortunately we had to report a maintenance issue but it was sorted very quickly while we went for dinner. The automated check in was a bit clunky - but we got there in the end! Great place to say while in Nerja and would stay again. '
