This place is also just 9 minutes away from the airport, 6 minutes from downtown, 8 Minutes from the Bridge of the Americas, and within walking distance to the Medical center of Americas, which makes it easier for you to locate and shorten the distance to your next Adventure.

This home has been well equipped with a full stainless-steel kitchen for you and your family to use, cook, and prepare delicious meals. This kitchen also has things such as glass cups, plates, and bowls as well as a great selection of pots and pans.
We have also included a coffee maker with a great variety of delicious flavors for you to choose We understand that a beautiful morning starts with a great cup of coffee!
We have provided you with 3 different bedrooms all with a closet and extra bed sheets in case it gets a bit cold at night. And the living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa.

Lastly, you won`t have to worry about parking, we offer 4-5 car parking inside of the property. To help you unload and load your luggage easier and faster.
This clean home is perfect for everyone, if you are visiting, on a business trip, or even just passing through. It is fully equipped with everything a family needs, a full kitchen, parking, Wifi, a washer, and dryer, and a Smart TV with an open Netflix account in each bedroom and Living room, feel free to watch any shows or movies!. The Smart TV also has other apps and channels such as Hulu, Disney+, HBO, SPOTIFY, and more. These channels are for the guest to sign in with their account. Airbnb has Refrigerated Air

Guests will be able to access the whole property, this includes the front yard, back yard and each one of the rooms that are inside of the house.

This home has been renovated and refurnished in the year of 2022. Brand new kitchen and appliances have been added as well as new beds and couches.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for neighbors in our peaceful, family-friendly community.

Parties are not allowed. Small family gatherings may be approved with prior request—just let us know in advance!

No Smoking
Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.
Cannabis use is prohibited on all premises.

Linens & Towels
Please handle with care. Replacement fees apply for damaged items:

Towels: $8 | Hand Towels: $4.50

King Sheets: $130 | Queen Sheets: $110

King Comforter: $100 | Queen Comforter: $90

No Food on Beds or Sofas
Help us keep furniture clean—no eating or drinking on beds or sofas. Cleaning fees may apply:

Rugs: $150 | Chairs: $120 each

Loveseats/Sofas: $160 each

Breakages
Please report any accidental damage. Fees may apply for repairs or replacements.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet fee will be charged to cover extra cleaning. Help us keep the home fresh for everyone!

Please do not leave trash or food behind. Use the designated bins and take out any excess garbage before checkout.

If you move any furniture or items (like lamps, nightstands, chairs, etc.), kindly return them to their original place before departure.
