'We had a large 5 family group celebrating the end of our homeschool year learning about CA history. This was a perfect central location for that! 'Very nice house. Fantastic backyard. The firepit seating, the lights, the bbq, the patio heater all awesome. Kids loved the game room it was fantastic. Massive garage to park and store toys in. Large driveway for at least 4-5 cars. 5 min from MET, 3 min from Safeway. Pond down the street was FANTASTIC trout fishing. Kids caught over 20 fish in about 90min.
