Hôtel près de El CORONA NITE CLUB (San Antonio)

« They didn’t empty our trash or replace clean towels. They didn’t fill the tissue box. No paper cups. »

« Sol très sale, réfrigérateur très bruyant, compartiment congélateur qui ne congèle pas, et surtout bien sale. Ensemble vétuste, sol cassé... bref un vrai motel dans lequel je ne reviendrai pas »

« Un accueil assez deplorable. Un réfrigérateur inutilisable Les poubelles qui trainent dehors sous les fenetres Le petit dejeuner tout juste acceptable »

« 1.Outdated but clean 2.Small room but there's a microwave and a fridge. 3.clean tub and hot water 4.room is serviced everyday. 5.front desk a bit rude 6.surrounding area is sketchy 7.When we checked out we waited for Uber for like 30 minutes and during all that time there was nobody at the front desk. I just left the key on the desk...customer service needs improvement »

« The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. »

« Nothing special. Neither good not bad. Bathroom was not the best. Shower was not very hot, nor much water pressure and shower head was broken. Bed was comfortable. »

« The place had a old carpet smell to it, when we were putting lysol on the bed and pillows a spider came out. Wife is allergic to any spider/bug bite, so she opted to sleep in our vehicle ! Name of “Luxury” carries a implied sense of being very good, but this is totally opposite! »

« This three story property has been poorly maintained. Pool was out of service, laundry was out of service and the elevator probably should have been out of service. It was loud from the busy highway traffic and room a/c unit. The sheets and towels were well worn and although they may have been clean, they were not very inviting. There was no USB connection so bring a wall charger. The TV did work, there was hot water, the tub and shower worked and the toilet did flush however it was shorter...

« We picked this place because of its proximity to the Lackland graduation, as most people do. However, outside the room was a nightmare. The room itself was decent, though our sink drained slowly and the showerhead sprayed in all different directions. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well, but I wouldn't recommend the pool. 4/10 »
