'When we arrive the front desk attend was not very welcoming, not sure if she was tried or didn't getting enough sleep, it was about 3p. She wanted to know if we booked with Expedia, as if it was a problem, after being checked in there wasn't any HOT WATER the next attend said Let it run for 10min, i stated to her my 63 year old husband just took a COLD SHOWER, and the water is still COLD. She stated we book full and she didn't know what to tell me. She will get the maintenence there in the...

'Hotel was new and modern. Nice to have breakfast. '

'The room was dirty. The carpet was stained as well as the curtains. The towels had black stains on them. The hotel was going through a renovation while we were there. The entire building was filthy. The shower water was luke warm at best only after running the shower for several minutes. One good thing I will say is there were no bed bugs. I can only assume that is because even bed bugs have standards. '
